Revenue Operations, built on Salesforce
Most revenue problems aren't sales problems. They're hand-off problems — a lead that never got routed, a stage nobody defined, a renewal that lived in a spreadsheet. We fix the operating system underneath your revenue: the Salesforce data model, the process, the automation and the numbers.

What revenue operations means to us
One funnel definition shared by marketing, sales, customer success and finance. One record of every account, contact and opportunity. Hand-offs that happen automatically. Reports that answer "where are we against plan?" without a week of spreadsheet work. CloudGofer is a Salesforce Partner, and we build all of it inside Salesforce so it stays maintainable after we leave.
Where we help
Lead-to-cash process design
We map how a lead becomes revenue today, then define the version everyone agrees to: lead statuses and routing rules, opportunity stages with exit criteria, quoting and approval steps, close and hand-off to onboarding, renewal and expansion tracking. Then we configure Salesforce to enforce it.
Lead capture and routing
Every lead in one place, with the source attached. Web forms, inbound email, partner referrals and event lists land in Salesforce automatically and reach the right rep in minutes. Our own Email2Lead Pro app turns inbound email into Leads with no data leaving your org.
Pipeline hygiene and forecasting
Stage definitions that mean the same thing to every rep, required fields at the right moment (not all at once), stale-deal alerts, and a forecast built from the pipeline rather than from gut feel — with the dashboards sales leaders review every Monday.
Automation and integrations
Flows for the repetitive work: task creation, follow-up sequences, approvals, renewals, customer health signals. Integrations with your marketing platform, billing and ERP, support desk and data warehouse, so the same customer looks the same in every system.
Data quality
Duplicate management, validation rules, enrichment and a standing cleanup routine. Reports are only as good as the records behind them, and most Salesforce orgs we inspect have five years of drift to undo.
Reporting and dashboards
Funnel conversion by source and segment, pipeline coverage, velocity, win rate, forecast accuracy, retention and expansion — built as Salesforce reports and dashboards your team can maintain, not a slide deck we own.
Enablement and adoption
Systems only work if people use them. We deliver role-based Salesforce training for reps, managers and admins, with sandbox labs and documentation written for your process.
How an engagement runs
- Assessment (1–2 weeks). We interview sales, marketing, CS and finance, audit the Salesforce org and the data, and document the current lead-to-cash flow with its leak points.
- Blueprint. A prioritized plan: the target process, the data model changes, the automation and integrations, the reporting layer, and what "done" looks like for each.
- Build in sprints. Short cycles with working configuration in a sandbox every one to two weeks, reviewed with the people who will use it.
- Roll-out and training. Go-live support, role-based training and admin hand-over.
- Ongoing operations. Many customers keep us on through a service pack for continuous improvement, admin-on-demand and quarterly reviews.
Who this is for
- Companies on Salesforce whose pipeline reports no longer match reality.
- Teams merging marketing automation, sales and support into one customer record.
- Organizations with a lean or part-time Salesforce admin who need senior help on a predictable budget.
- Healthcare, technology and nonprofit organizations, where we have the deepest experience.
Pricing
Assessments and implementations are quoted as fixed-scope projects. Ongoing work runs on prepaid service packs from $95/hour, discounted up to 25% for larger packs, with priority access. Nonprofits receive discounted rates.
