CloudGofer is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and accountability in all business dealings. This policy outlines our principles and expectations regarding compliance, business ethics, anti-corruption, and responsible conduct. It applies to all employees, contractors, partners, and representatives acting on behalf of CloudGofer.

1. Ethical Business Conduct

  • We comply with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws globally, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act.

3. Payments and Commissions

  • All payments, commissions, or referral fees must be legitimate, transparent, and documented in formal agreements.

  • Payments will only be made through approved business channels and must accurately reflect the services provided.

  • Misrepresentation of payments or disguising them as unrelated business expenses is strictly prohibited.

4. Gifts and Entertainment

  • Modest, reasonable, and infrequent gifts or entertainment may be provided as a customary business courtesy, provided they do not improperly influence decision-making or create the appearance of doing so.

  • Cash or cash equivalents (such as gift cards) are not permitted.

  • Any gift or entertainment must comply with applicable laws and the recipient’s organizational policies.

5. Government Officials

  • Interactions with government officials require the highest level of care and compliance.

  • Gifts, entertainment, or anything of value may not be provided to government officials unless explicitly permitted by law and approved in advance.

  • Political contributions, lobbying, or related activities must be conducted in full compliance with applicable regulations.

6. Reporting Concerns

  • CloudGofer encourages employees, partners, and stakeholders to raise concerns regarding potential violations of this policy. Reports may be submitted confidentially to compliance@cloudgofer.com.

  • Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.

7. Accountability and Enforcement

  • Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract, and may carry legal consequences.

  • CloudGofer reserves the right to review and update this policy to reflect evolving laws and ethical standards.
